Code of Practice ANZIIF has developed a comprehensive Code of Practice Training Program to ensure you and your employees are compliant with the ICA guidelines launched in July 2005. All companies adopting the new Code must ensure their employees have completed a Code training program by the end of the 12-month transition period in July 2006. This is required even where the employees have completed training in the previous Code. The Code training must be completed by: - All general insurance staff involved in customer service and claims
- Authorised Representatives
- Brokers
- Loss assessors, loss adjusters, investigators, collection agents, external claims managers and other service providers to insurers
- Professionals in associated fields.
The Institute offers a range of flexible delivery options including one-day, facilitator-led interactive workshops delivered either in-house or at ANZIIF Branches, or online training programs delivered via the ANZIIF website or licensed for upload onto company intranets.
