For students that have already obtained ASIC RG 146 Financial Planning compliance, the Institute’s Derivatives (Accelerated Compliance) course means students can also obtain ASIC RG 146 Derivatives compliance in just seven weeks.
Learning Outcomes
Upon completion of the program, participants should be able to: identify the key features and benefits of the main derivative products: futures, exchange-traded options and warrants identify and explain the risks associated with each type of derivative product explain the benefits and risks of derivatives to a client explain the various uses of derivatives to clients calculate the monetary impact of hedging should the index rise or fall.
